Animal Reiki!

Woman doing Reiki therapy for a dog, a kind of energy medicine.I’m pleased to announce that I recently completed a specialized course in Reiki for animals!

I have done lots of Reiki sessions with animals, and most of them were prior to taking this course.  Reiki is something that can be sent to everything…people, situations, plants, animals, food…anything!  I chose to take this course to increase my knowledge about Reiki for animals, and I couldn’t be happier that I made that decision.  Taking a specialized course really helped me.  Even though I had already done loads of animal sessions, I learned a few tips and things to help me perform Reiki on animals even more successfully.

Is Reiki something you’ve considered for your pet?  If so, let me know in the comments!  If you tried it, was it successful?

  1. A friend of mine is a Reiki Master, periodically she comes over and gives reiki to my handicap duck, he loves it and just quivers all over while receiving reiki, he is so very open to it. Zack my almost 17-year-old dad enjoys it too as long as it doesn’t come at him very fast which is normal with her and she can be erratic with the energy. unfortunately he needs it most every day if he has an elbow hygroma that seems to be growing, reduces and size for a few days after she works again but then gets big again. The rescue dog, Dusty who might be 10 gets work done on his hindquarters and neck as he had been beaten by people before I was able to get him. but I’ve noticed for the dogs they prefer calm and steady.
